The Kenilworth Historical Society is hosting a program in celebration of Black History month on Sunday February 19 starting with refreshments at 1:30 and a program featuring "Songs from the Fields" highlighting the history and significance of U.S. slave songs starting at 2:30. The program will be at the Kenilworth Seniors' Center (526 Boulevard) and everyone is welcome. Free admission.
The Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon is scheduled for Sunday February 26, 2012 starting at noon. Everyone from the chapel is welcome and encouraged to attend this annual review of where we've been and where we're going as a local body of believers.
Christian Missions in Many Lands (CMML) in Wall Township, NJ is hosting their 2nd Annual Reaching Higher conference (for ages 20-35) on February 24-25, 2012. Mike Attwood will be bringing a message on the Misconceptions of Modern Missions. For more information check out the CMML Reaching Higher website.
We will have a special series of messages starting March 4th and 11th with Mark Kolchin and continuing on May 6th and 20th with Alan Schetelich. This series entitled "The Course of Time From Eternity to Eternity" provides an explanation of Dispensational teaching from scripture.
The next Missionary Supper & Prayer meeting will March 5, 2012) with supper starting at 6:30pm.
